Skern Skills are able to offer 20% off Team Development Days for member businesses for November - February 2026/27 if booked by 1st November 2026!

A chance to finish/start the year with an inspiring event to help develop your team dynamics, feedback, leadership and self-awareness through practical activities, review and reflection at our site in North Devon or at your site. Guided by our expert facilitators, organisations are able include ethos and vision messaging as they reset for the New Year.

Generally, these are 10am-4pm to allow for travel but timings, content, focus and activities can be tailored as required. For instance, some teams wish to brave the outdoors to bring the learning to life, whilst others prefer to develop through project work, problem solving activities, group work or mix of both. All courses are carefully built around organisations specific outcomes and approach required.
