Billcar celebrated 40 years of engineering experience in 2021, machining components from prototype and 1 offs to large batch production and repairs.
Boasting an impressive machining capacity, with two, three, four and five axis high speed CNC machinery, the company continue to invest in the latest technology with the most recent addition of the Lagun GCM 8 with a milling envelope of 2500 x 1500 x 8000mm and the Mazak Vertical Smart Centre 530C. Using CAD CAM technology our skilled engineers are capable of working to customer drawings. Updates can be made to suit any customer alterations, including version control and drawings can be safely archived for future use.
Additionally, Billcar have the capability to reverse engineer any component using the information extracted from obsolete products.
Billcar are UKAS accredited to ISO 9001-2015 and continually strive for excellence. On request we can issue full mill test certificates along with CMM reports on products produced in-house.
