SB4 Construction is an Oswestry-based sustainable construction and project delivery company, specialising in hotels and luxury hospitality — restaurants, bars and spas — alongside high-end new builds and refurbishments, including listed and heritage buildings.

Our value engineering protects the design intent while finding genuine programme and cost savings, and our experience with listed buildings and high-specification materials means we understand the craftsmanship, planning sensitivities and specialist supply chains these projects demand.

As principal contractor or management contractor, we then deliver the build itself — managing construction, specialist trades and our in-house M&E design and installation through to final handover. Clients keep one experienced team from first sketch to opening day.
