The mission of ZB People is to enhance working lives through collaboration, ensuring that people and culture challenges are resolved with integrity and a commercial drive. I provide senior expertise to organisations that need executive-level support without employing a full-time People Director.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and have an MSc in Human Resource Management along with almost 20 years’ HR experience.I have just spent a decade working as a people and culture leader for City Football Group, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and Chelsea FC. I am also a Board Member of Worcester City Women in the Community and ZB People is proud to sponsor a WCWFC player each season.

I am a qualified life coach and finish my Diploma in Coaching & Positive Psychology with Andy Ramage’s Coach Business School in September 2026.
