Hello, I'm Zoe, founder of ZB People & Culture Consulting Ltd. I set up my own business following a decade in senior HR roles in Premier League football clubs.

I'm passionate about improving working lives. 

I work collaboratively with CEOs to solve problems and mitigate risk. Sometimes this involves creating an HR or EDI strategy, sometimes it's hands on support with a project, for example a restructure.I also work with existing HR teams who need an extra person to lead a project whilst they carry out the day to day.

I can also help set up HR departments from scratch and recruit the superstars to run it, having done this in two former jobs. 

I am based in Shropshire although my remit is national and on occasion, international. I offer a free 30 minute exploratory call.
