After very successful HR in Focus events in 2022 Triangle HR are back for another session with Shropshire Chamber this September!
At this informal event, you will have the opportunity to share people-related know-how and best practice with other HR professionals, managers, and business owners from across the County, as well as understand more and ask questions on topical subjects from the world of HR.

9:30 to 9:45 – Arrival, Refreshments and Networking
9:45 to 11.00 – 'Tackling Workplace Niggles Head-On' - We will take a look at how to proactive and informal steps can help manage a range of workplace issues in the early stages, preventing time consuming and costly escalations.
11:00 to 11:15 – Q&A
11:15 to 11:30 – Peer to Peer Reflection
Closing with some time to reflect on discussions before heading back to the car, and the opportunity to discuss with other attendees or the speakers.
