Cyber Aware World® recently attended the Business Bootcamp: Step into Success, held on 2 March 2026 in Coventry, bringing together SMEs, industry experts and business support organisations .

The event provided a strong platform to engage with local businesses and highlight a key challenge facing SMEs today — cyber risks driven by everyday human error. Conversations throughout the day reflected a growing awareness of cyber threats, alongside a clear need for simple, practical solutions that teams can actually engage with.

At the stand, Cyber Aware World® demonstrated its gamified cybersecurity awareness app, allowing visitors to experience real-world scenarios such as phishing, password risks and social engineering. The interactive approach resonated well, with many attendees recognising the value of learning through doing rather than traditional, passive training methods.

The response from the business community was highly encouraging, reinforcing the demand for accessible and behaviour-focused cybersecurity solutions.Promotional giveaways were very well received, adding an engaging element to the stand. Attendees who downloaded the app during the event were entered into giveaways, with several winning curated gift hampers. A special promotional price was also offered exclusively during the bootcamp, encouraging immediate uptake and engagement.
