Skill shortages remain a critical challenge for our local economy, and we want to hear from you!

Without the right skills, our local economy can't flourish, and communities feel the strain. Skills shortages impact every business, reducing productivity or, in some cases, preventing them from operating. This leads to less money flowing into the local economy, job losses, and a struggle for supplying businesses as customers fade away. Local residents also feel the impact with fewer job vacancies, reduced offerings from local shops and businesses, and shortages of tradespeople.

Thanks to the Marches Local Skills Improvement Project, £2.5 million has already been invested to address skills gaps based on business feedback. Your input is essential to help us grow this initiative and create a brighter future for our area.

Take our vital 2-minute poll TODAY and help make a difference.
